Abstract

In today’s business setting, when the world economy has been globalised, it is seen that the inner contentment of individuals within an organisation deteriorating drastically. Due to which an organisation (a form of human community) is unable to fulfil the expectations of all the stakeholders either it may be the people inside or outside the organisation. In order to transform the business dynamics, we need to transform ourselves which is possible if we are able to develop a higher life perception. The rich Indian spiritual heritage enlightened us that a business reflects who we are and our clarity and commitment. As Swami Vivekananda says, “Everything that is excellent will come when this sleeping soul is aroused to self-conscious activity.†This paper is an attempt to shed light on how inner orchestration (i.e. enhancement of one’s perception and quest for the origin and the basis of all the life experience) germinate in an individual that provides the base for the ultimate transformation of the business framework (individual within the organisation, organisation itself and the society at large).
