Transcendent Study on Spiritual Growth and Performance of Leading Textile Unit in Coimbatore by Innovative Technology

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the spiritual development and performance of textile industry. The spiritual growth questionnaire was developed for this research. Through ‘Simple Random Sampling’ data was collected from individuals in leading textile unit in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.50 respondents were targeted, among them 46 gave valid responses. Research conducted in Coimbatore city, revealed that textile unit employees were both in higher and lower order chakras and they were also workaholic, since they regularly practice yoga or meditation and involve in spiritual activities. An Aura-Chakra report was given to employees to create awareness of their spiritual growth status. Aura video station is an innovative instrument, to measure the spiritual growth level of employees and it also generates an Aura-Chakra report of individual’s bio-energetic field, emotional-energetic state, personality type and energetic wellness.
