Abstract

Today, business organizations have become increasingly complex. In the past, the workplace of the organization has been portrayed as a very important place for the purpose of performing tasks. Over time, the idea of this workplace has expanded to cover for a various physical, psychological and geographical restrictions. In the present, every business Organizations face many common problems, such as lack of support among employees, problems between employees, increased employee exit, lack of contract of customers and corporate business losses. Spirituality is now a profitable tool to solve these business problems and stress related issues. Spirituality tends to increase individuals’ prior subjective experiences and mental development. Incorporating spiritual factors in to the people of a business increases business performance and increases profitability. The purpose of this study is to discuss how spiritual factors affect the workplace of a business organization. Here, various scholarly views on spirituality and different aspects of spirituality are discussed.
