Abstract
Today, stress has become an inevitable and the most unwanted companion of civilization. Due to globalization and technological advancement have led to numerous changes in the functioning and managing of organizations, so that organizations have become agile and flexible, free from traditional hierarchical structures, with largely decentralized decision-making process, while employees are expected to have a greater degree of innovation, collaboration, knowledge and experience sharing, and teamwork skills.
