Abstract

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in India are playing a key instrumental role in the growth and development of our nation. Ever since the Government of India (GOI) through legislations in Companies Act of 2013 stipulated that all corporate with a net worth of more than 500 crore or a revenue of more than 1000 crores or a net profit of 5 crores must spend 2 per cent of its profits in CSR activities.
