The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of authentic leadership on project success with the mediating role of job satisfaction. The data accumulated from arbitrary questionnaire of 150 individuals who was in understudies and delegates of different establishments and organizations as poll. 150 questionnaires were conveyed and after that evaluate them. This investigation will give significant data about authentic leadership and project success and address the part of authentic leadership and job satisfaction.
