Socio-Economic and Organizational Variables Inter-Correlations Study: An Attempt of Finding Antecedent at Workplace

Abstract
Background: The study of social economics pursues to predict what kind of results to imagine when the society has been changed. It ensures this by studying politics, history and other social sciences. Socioeconomic factors are, therefore, the social and economic factors that shape and determine the undercurrents a society will experience. These are factors that affect the behavior of a specific group, also known as a socioeconomic class. Perhaps the most interesting behavior of members of a socioeconomic class is their behavior as consumers. Diverse socioeconomic classes will generally have different priorities, and this will affect how they spend their money. Understand the socioeconomic factors moving business will help you make better choices about the future and direction of your business. Despite the maximum of the studies are available which are establishing the relationship between socio-economic and organizational status (SEOS) variables Viz., Gender, Age, Education, Income, Background, Experience at Job, Marital Status, Occupational status (O.S.), training, Family size, Earners in the family, Dependents in the family, Spiritual belief, Sufficient Time to fulfill spiritual needs and Meditation practices. SEOS variables Viz., socio-economic and organizational status (SEOS) variables Viz., Gender, Age, Education, Income, Background, Experience at Job, Marital Status, Occupational status (O.S.), training, Family size, Earners in the family, Dependents in the family, Spiritual belief, Sufficient Time to fulfill spiritual needs and Meditation practices has significant role in determining the perception attitude and the personality each and every person.
Methods: This was a mixed method of study that utilized a structured questionnaire which was administered as schedule cum questionnaire both. The socio-economic and organizational status (SEOS) variables are taken as independent variables. It is attempted to find how they are inter correlated each other. It is also tried to know whether the correlation is significant. The level of significance has also been investigated. The collective have been analyzed with the help of SSPS, product movement inter correlation measures.
Results: Notably, the other socio-economic organizational status variables in relation to subject, of the study are not found to be highly inter-correlated. They are rather, independent to each other.
