IMPACT OF GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST) ON MUTUAL FUND INDUSTRY AND STOCK MARKET

Abstract

The Present Structure of Indirect taxes is very complex in India. At Present Study there are many types of tax that are levied by Central and State Government on Goods and Service. Goods and Service tax (GST)is betterment for taxation of goods and service as compared to VAT+ Excise+ Service tax regime. In Today is Scenario we Pay Various tax i.e. Direct and Indirect taxes, Which are felt as burden on us and due to this multiple taxation system the Corruption is Increasing. The Paper throws a light on Different Concept of GST like the objectives and Advantage of GST in India, Different Issue of GST in Context etc. The paper examines the impact of GST on Mutual fund Industry in India.
