In this competitive world organizations are continuously improving their effectiveness and efficiency in their operations to enable them deliver the desired product and service consistently meeting their customer’s needs and expectations with confidence. This article focuseson how Total Quality Management (TQM) can be used in the operations of an institution with emphasis on institutions of higher learning such as universities.
