Overview of Service Design Innovation

Abstract

This article provides an overview of the content covered in the Service Design Innovation course. The course comprises five main sections: Introduction to Service Design, Discover/Empathize, Define, Develop/Ideate, and Deliver/Prototype & Test. Each section focuses on essential aspects of service design, including the introduction to service design principles, research and data collection techniques, data analysis for identifying innovative service opportunities, synthesis of ideas to generate new service concepts, and prototyping and testing processes for service delivery enhancement.
